✦ Using Your White Sage

  • Light the tip of the bundle and allow it to burn for about 10 seconds, then gently blow out the flame.

  • Move the smoke around your space, workspace or around yourself to refresh and clear the energy.

  • Use while setting intentions or affirming what you are ready to release.

  • Always burn in a well ventilated area and keep away from flammable materials.

  • Never leave burning White Sage unattended.

  • Ensure it is fully extinguished after use. Allow the White Sage to rest in a fireproof dish as it naturally extinguishes. Ensure the bundle is fully extinguished before storing.
