Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is conducted by Soul Universe PTY LTD, ABN: 52 687 556 841, located at Shop 13 / 62 Booth St. Annandale, NSW, Australia (the "Promoter").

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who reside in Australia.

  • Employees, business management and individuals directly involved in conducting or determining the winner of this competition are ineligible to enter.

  • Entrants must provide accurate and complete contact information.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on Saturday, 17 October 2026 at 10:00am AEDT and closes on Saturday, 17 October 2026 at 4:00pm AEDT.

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must:

  • Visit Soul Universe during the Wellness Open Day on Saturday 17 2026.

  • Complete and submit the official competition entry form.

  • Provide their name, phone number and valid email address.

  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to subscribing to the Soul Universe e-newsletter.

Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a complimentary 60-minute massage session with the Soul Universe Myotherapist.

  • Total prize value: AUD $170

  • The prize is subject to appointment availability and must be booked directly with Soul Universe.

  • The massage must be redeemed within one (1) month of the winner being notified.

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  • The session is subject to an assessment of suitability by the treating practitioner and any applicable health and safety requirements.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Monday, 19 October 2026.

  • The draw will take place at Soul Universe, Shop 13 / 62 Booth St. Annandale NSW 2038, at 12:00PM AEDT.

  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided upon entry.

  • The winner will also be announced on Soul Universe's official social media platforms on Monday, 19 October 2026, using their first name and last initial.

  • Entrants are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox, including junk or spam folders.

7. Prize Claim

The winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days to confirm acceptance of the prize.

Soul Universe will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the prize remains unclaimed after this period, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.

Any replacement winner will be notified by email.

8. Newsletter Subscription & Marketing Consent

By entering this competition, participants expressly consent to subscribing to the Soul Universe e-newsletter and receiving marketing emails from Soul Universe regarding its products, services, wellness information, events and promotional offers.

Subscription consent will remain in effect until withdrawn.

Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails.

Unsubscribing after submitting a valid competition entry will not invalidate that entry or affect the participant's eligibility to win.

Soul Universe will manage marketing communications in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

9. Privacy & Personal Information

Personal information collected through the competition will be used to administer the competition, verify eligibility, contact the winner, arrange the prize and, where consent has been provided, deliver marketing communications.

Information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and the Soul Universe Privacy Policy, available at https://www.souluniverse.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

Personal information will not be published beyond the winner announcement described in these Terms & Conditions without appropriate consent, except where required or authorised by law.

10. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify entries that breach these Terms & Conditions.

  • If the competition cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, any changes, postponement or cancellation will be managed in accordance with applicable laws.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures or incorrect contact information to the extent permitted by law.

  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
